jt
Just thought it would be a good idea to setup uTorrent for use on U3 Smartdrives . . . since uTorrent is already able to be used from a USB drive it would be really cool if it was made so that it could be launched from the U3 Lanch pad. From what I can tell all it would take is writing and xml file that meets the U3 specs at http://software.u3.com/just an idea
cjard
well.. why not do it then? can anyone create the xml file? you can attach it here, no? if you do a good job, it might be offered as a download for uT, and you get credits on the website! wow! chedabob
here we goa u3 compatible versionit doesnt save settings on the device (im on my mums laptop, so itd take me forever to figure out how to save the settings). just load up u3 launchpad -> Add programs -> from computer, then find the .u3p filehttp://nophus.com/U3Torrent.u3pits not a virus or anything, its a real file. if you arent sure, open the file in winrar (u3p files are just .zip files with a fancy extension). Ryan Norton
With 1.8's support for relative paths you should be able to keep your entire uTorrent configuration on the U3 drive as well and share it between computers.
