Downloading Problems in Version 2.0.4

To anyone,

I'm having problems within the latest version of Utorrent. Since I've updated to the latest version, for some reason the torrents I've been downloading have stopped downloading. Any advice with this issue will be appreciated.

Renew the rules about µT in your firewall.

Check that your number of active (as in started) torrents is less than your setting for Maximum number of active torrents. Stop other active torrents and see if your new download starts.

My update did the same thing, it seems it is ignoring the fact that the torrents have no activity and counting them as active, where it used to ignore started torrents that had no actual activity.

queue.dont_count_slow_dl and queue.dont_count_slow_ul are both true, it just seems to be ignoring them.

Just close program after installation, and re-run it from start menu or desktop icon.

If still not working, check firewall settings - opened ports and program permissions.
