Ports Blocked after update 2.04

I have had a wide range of issues since the update. bit-u-torrent are both blocked. also City of Heroes is blocked off. ive been on the tech line with my ISP and City of heroes. it works fine on the other PCs in the house that didnt take the update

all firewalls and anti software are disabled

cable line striat to my pc

msconfig disable all

Disabling firewall usually doesn't stop blocking, it just stops notifying you. All traffic is still forced to run through the firewall.

Delete your old utorrent rules/exceptions.

You will then need to make new ones, possibly for all three of these.
