where the heck is my torrent?

Hi

i got a problem with my new 2.0.4 torrent, first i am downloading an anime with my 2.0.3 and havent finished (about 71%) then i downloaded the 2.0.4 but the file didnt seem to start to downloading why?

secondly i tried to download some new file it works but i couldnt browsing so i need to pause it, can someone plse help me (i am using ESS 4.2, Win XP SP3,http://www.speedtest.net/result/941081231.png < i dont know it help or not) i'll give further information if it needed
