KISSMAD Posted September 5, 2010 Report Share Posted September 5, 2010 I have Windows 7 64bit and uTorrent was working fine.I formatted my hard drive and now I have to have the uploads set to 1kb so that the uploads do not flood my downloads.I have done the bandwidth setup and it selects 34kb for the best upload. Before the format that was no problems. But after the format, it floods my downloads.I'm using 2.0.4 21586 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Ultima Posted September 5, 2010 Report Share Posted September 5, 2010 Is it actually slowing things down for you? Or are you just observing it going more quickly than the upload rate limit? If the latter (and not the former), then that's really uTP doing it's job to maximize bandwidth use without affecting latency/delay in other applications competing for bandwidth. If you'd prefer the old behavior, enable:Preferences > Bandwidth > Apply rate limit to transport overheadPreferences > Bandwidth > Apply rate limit to uTP connections Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
