Hi, I have an issue hopefully someone can help me out with. I have searched the forums and and tried just about everything I have found. Now to my issue. In the bottom of uTorrent I get the red exclamation mark saying "Listen error, You should change the Listen port". Here is everything I have tried.

Internet: Comcast Business Class

Modem/Router: SMC-D3G DOCSIS 3.0 (http://www.smc.com/index.cfm?event=viewProduct&localeCode=EN_USA&cid=2&scid=20&pid=1678)

Win 7 Pro 64bit

**I have uninstalled my software firewall because of this issue to eliminate it as a possibility.**

1. Set to static internal IP

2. Changed Listen port in uTorrent to 49152

3. Checked port forward for my modem/router and it is not listed.

4. Manually forwarded port 49152 in my router(pretty sure I did it correct).

5. Disabled Randomize Port, UPnP , and NAT-PMP

6. DisableD DHT, Local Peer Discovery and Peer Exchange

I changed nothing changed in the Advanced tab and here is the log

Yes uT was shut down when I deleted them. I randomized the port in uT and the forwarded that port in my router/modem. It was still giving the same issue. So I shut down the PC rebooted the Router. Now I get the green check in the bottom of uT stating all is well but....my tracker site are still saying I am not connectable and the log is stating this.

It is still saying port not open and it is saying "Neither NAT-PMP nor UPnP is enabled.". But they clearly are in my uT settings.

Also, "Error opening Windows firewall: 0x80070005 Access is denied." Win firewall is disabled.

It's an old thread, but having exactly the same problem here on Win7-64 running uTorrent 2.0.4. Tried all the thing listed above, still with no luck. Worked fine one day and now it's broken. I did a few Win7 security updates, but since you and other scattered people have been having the same problem for over a year, I doubt that was the problem.

Did you ever find a solution?
