CandaceMarie Posted September 7, 2010 Report Share Posted September 7, 2010 no uploading or downloading is happening... says DHT is waiting to log in.. firewall is not limiting or blocking utorrent connection... use the utorrent setup and I run the test and it comes back with an error message stating.... speed test fail.. connection failed error: A request to send or receive data was disallowed because the socket is.. and then it cuts off the rest of the message... can anyone help me figure out this problem... thank you Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
