Another user reported the culprit was Adobe Creative. Is there a file indexer in Adobe CS5?

Somehow I overlooked enabling that option! Unless it's coincidental luck, it seems to be working perfectly now! The files that I'm downloading kept halting, and I had to keep forcing them to download. It'd happen every few seconds, or minutes, into them downloading. After enabling that option, 4 of the torrents that had been giving me issues finished DLing FULLY without any hiccups.

It would appear as though this problem is solved! Thanks so much moogly!! :)
