Dabears4886 Posted September 11, 2010 Report Share Posted September 11, 2010 I have a problem with my download and upload speed whenever I am using utorrent and some other applications. I have noticed I would be downloading and writing a paper on open office and my download speed and upload speed would be between 1-20 kB/s. I then did a little experimenting. My downloads would slow down whenever I used windows media player, open office, and photo viewer. I made sure java wasn't updating when I used open office, and windows media player has sharing disabled.Why is utorrent slowing down when i am using 3 applications with no apparent connection to the internet?
