pi-ng
Hi,Just tried to install the latest version on win7 x64, and i got this error, running as admin. If I run without admin permission, the exe just hangs and I have to kill it. If I press ok, the exe hangs also. What can I do ?
Ultima
Well er, how certain are you that you didn't actually run out of memory?

Firon
You'll only ever see that if something is seriously wrong on your system...
pi-ng
LOL, blame it on the other guy....There's nothing wrong with my system, it works just fine. You application has bugs. You should test it more on windows 7AND BTW, I finally installed it using compatibility mode for XP. It was the only way it worked.
DreadWingKnight
There's nothing wrong with my system, it works just fine. You application has bugs. You should test it more on windows 7Considering it didn't do this on EITHER my 64-bit windows 7 system OR my 32-bit windows 7 system, I'm more inclined to believe it's your system.http://forum.utorrent.com/viewtopic.php?id=29748
Ultima
LOL, blame it on the other guy....Indeed. Funny how that phenomenon seems to go both ways. It's also interesting how several of the core testers run Windows 7 without having ever run into this issue, and yet you magically come to the conclusion that this issue exists because we don't get enough testing done on that OS.It's probably a bit too early for either side to be playing the blame game. Less so on our end though if only because this kind of error is a system generated error, not application generated. So do provide more information if you want to help us (help you) fix this "bug". Firon
Our main developers all work on Windows 7 so, we test it pretty well.
