krav3n
Ok, utorrent or any other torrent is not working anymore for me. My computer is now running in Windows 7 before it's running on Vista SP2. I'm in Philippines and my ISP is Globe DSL. Torrents works for me in the past but right now it's not T_T. Maybe the problem is in my ISP but just want to ask you guys if here from Philippines experienced this kind of problem. I've also tried other bittorrent clients but still the same. DHT is not connecting, can't open ports too but previously all was ok and working. I've tried to troubleshoot it using the troubleshooting instructions here but still no luck. So before i go and call my ISP can you guys help me? Please! T_T
Switeck
Try 1st and 2nd links in my signature...using over-aggressive settings in uTorrent can cause really bad results. Also try downloading one of the "test" torrents mentioned in 1st link of my signature -- if it downloads quickly, then the problem is more likely due to problems specific to the other torrent swarms...such as bad/slow peers and seeds. krav3n
Thank you for your help. It is very much appreciated. I've done what you've told me but still unlucky. Even the test torrent is not working. I am not able to download Open Office. It has a red mark on it in download window. DHT is still not working and trackers too... I am really losing my hope here. T_T Any other instructions? Need help please!
