Double download location problem in uTorrent-2.2-beta_21882

The 'Improved set download location' in uTorrent-2.2-beta_21882, may NOT be an improvement.

Build 21882 marks finished torrents as incomplete because of missing files, but this is because it tries to make the download directory AGAIN in the already present download directory.

Example:

H:\t\Passsport [done and fine]

suddenly is marked as no good, because build 21882 wants to make

H:\t\Passsport\Passport

winxp5.1.2600.service.pack.3.build.2600.US.
