jult
OK, let's start with the big ones in the Netherlands, Europe. These are the ones I've tested that do not block or throttle any traffic related to utorrent:- XS4ALL (hccnet, CistroN)- KPN Direct ADSLI've seen Chello/UPC throttle whenever they feel like it. Usually late at night they open it up(it's not just 'busy' late afternoon early evening hours, they really limit speed on bittorrent ports).Feel free to add to this list. I'll add them to this post whenever I have the time.

Ultima
Can't it be assumed that if your ISP isn't listed on that list of ISPs that ARE blocking/throttling, then it isn't doing so? And if it is but isn't on the list, it can be added. Much easier than listing the 20 bajillion ISPs in the world O.o

And if it is but isn't on the list, it can be added. No, this list would be an approved list, people that have actually tested it.The other "ISPs that block" list is just badmouthing those that do. So, your ISP is bad, fine, leave, go to some that users have good experiences with.My point is that with these you are sure they don't block or throttle, which is what you want to know. The other list only gives you pointers in a direction, and is not really helpful otherwise. But honestly, I think this should be made into a wiki page somewhere.
