Can't connect to WebUI using "Port for incomming connections"

Hello,

I was able to get WebUI working, but was not able to use uTorrent's "Port for incomming connections" I had to set up an alternate port.

Would anyone know why that is?

None of my torrents were running, everything was either stopped or paused.

When connecting with Firefox it would say "The Connection has been reset"

and with IE "Cannot connect to this site"

Set up an alternate port and it works. Just wondering why it didn't work the first time around.

I could be wrong with this, but I was under the assumption that when you specified an alternate port, it would block webui access from the original. You didn't happen to have it checked before hand did you. (whether you were using the alternate port or not)
