telemest Posted September 20, 2010 Report Share Posted September 20, 2010 Its not the 1st time its happened but I noticed that a file i was seeding that one of the down loaders had uploaded more bytes than the file contained & yet the percentage of there upload showed 0% I feel that my bandwidth was being misused is there any way one can veto a specific I.P. dispite other peers on the file I stopped the file because of one spoiler Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
