DreadWingKnight
Something on your system or at your provider is actively blocking this from working then, and I'm more inclined to believe it's some internet security software on your system. DreadWingKnight
triple internet security software.Erf.Norton is problematic at the best of times, couple it with mcafee AND avast being installed at the same time, I'm not surprised there's problems.I'd recommend uninstalling all of them, testing uTorrent, then adding back appropriate missing security software and only one package of each type.
