moogly
You set a max upload rate to 46 kB/s and the speedtest gives 90 kbit/s = 11.25 kB/s!?!Are you sure you stopped doing p2p during the test? (and no intense websurfing, online games etc)
pathum
@moogly: oops sorry about that...that was a screeshot i got during setup of utorrent ( i hadn't setup utorrent then)...and no i didnt use anything internet related other than utorrentGuys its like this..My ISP claims it provides 512kbps DOWN n 128kbps UPAs per speedtest its 450.56kbps DOWN n 92.16kbps UPMax upload is set at 9kB/s like thisThe thing i cant understand is when i set the upload speed as per my ISP setting as per the following imageThen in a little while i go there again to check and the upload speed has changed (see the below pic).... IS THERE A CONNECTION WITH THIS AND WHAT I'M FACING? Does utorrent adjust this automatically? And if i choose the speedtest upload speed...the value i get when i look at it a little later is even small...around 53kpbssigh....
