The request could not be performed because of an I/O device error

Hello all

I'm downloading a multiple-file torrent, and after successfully downloading several of the files I get the above error. I've tried reinstalling uTorrent, changing the "Disable Windows caching" options, and skipping particular files in case they were the problem. I am not using an external hard drive, and this has never happened before.

Can anybody help? I really want to be able to download again!
