konijntje Posted March 8, 2006 Report Posted March 8, 2006 An improved function that calculates the average download/upload speed and displays this in a column in the torrent list.
Firon Posted March 8, 2006 Report Posted March 8, 2006 "improved?" What else is there to improve? It already calculates it, look at the General tab.. ;P
konijntje Posted March 8, 2006 Author Report Posted March 8, 2006 It does not update as much as the other indicators. So it must be updated as fast as the rest and there should be some columns for it, so you can see all average speeds of all torrents in the same list.
Ultima Posted March 8, 2006 Report Posted March 8, 2006 Of course it doesn't change as much, but that doesn't mean it doesn't update as much. An average is just that: an average, and it takes a lot more than just minor changes in actual speed to change average speed.
Nefarious Posted March 8, 2006 Report Posted March 8, 2006 it is average, it doesnt need to update until it notices a change
konijntje Posted March 8, 2006 Author Report Posted March 8, 2006 And what about the extra column in the main window then? Those column can help identify wich torrents have the highest or lowest average speeds.
Nefarious Posted March 9, 2006 Report Posted March 9, 2006 no...the only columns i see are current speed up/down, and max speed up/down, i dont see any average speed column
kewldude606 Posted March 9, 2006 Report Posted March 9, 2006 no...the only columns i see are current speed up/down, and max speed up/down, i dont see any average speed columnWhat the guy wants is an avg. column.
Sunstep Posted April 9, 2011 Report Posted April 9, 2011 i would like for the upload speed column only.that would be helpful for managing of the 200+ torrents. The average upload speed column's data is much sensitive, dynamic, unstable than others columns: last active, uploaded, ratio.
