I need help to share/seed files!!

I am running windows 7,and had to delete the user account where I was using Demonoid,I moved my allerady downloaded movies to the downloads folder in my new user account so they did not get lost,alas when I turn on Demonoid it does not show them!!

I DO NOT!! want to be seen as a leecher,as I am glad to share back anything I get,and so far have a good ration,but now,for whatever reason I cannot get anything to show up,I usually share 24/7 and don't want to screw things up.

How do I determine what files to share and where to send completed new files to also share?

Did you save the folder %appdata%\utorrent on your old account?

No,I deleted the entire account.

I did take the completedd files,the entire folders they came in,and moved them to the downloads on my new account,which is where they turn up after they finish downloading.

Would it beehoove me to drop and drag the entire folder contents of those completed files from "downloads" to %appdata%\utorrent/ on this new account,or would it just be a waste of disc space?

No, keep your files where they are currently.
