franko123 Posted October 19, 2010 Report Posted October 19, 2010 not sure what is the contributing factor for this.i'm using a billion 7800n adsl2 routerhave ports forwarded and firewall exceptions for incoming and outcoming connections on tcp/udp for the ports designated to utorrent with upnp and nat-pmp switched off in utorrent as it's not necessary since i've got the ports forwarded in the routerwhat happens is if i open utorrent the torrents start uploading at max speed as it's set to unlimited but after 30 secs - 1min it'll be uploading at < 5kb'sis this isp throttling me or is it my router or my pc?
Switeck Posted October 19, 2010 Report Posted October 19, 2010 I don't know if it's ISP throttling, but did you allow ANY outgoing port or outgoing port destination or ANY remote incoming port?
