problem downloading

Hi

could anyone pls help. Im not the best at downloading and not the most technology minded. I have been downloading some music from isohunt, when I press down load this then downloads in my utorrent.

For months this has been fine, but over the last week, as soon as it starts downloading in utorrent it just shows as invalid. I have not got a clue what or why this is?

Any ideas?

And is there anything else I can download in to?
