Error message keeps coming up

I keep getting the "Error: The process can not access the file because it is being used by another process" error message and I don't know what to do about it.

The culprit is surely a scanning module of Symantec.

Enable the option "append .!ut to incomplete file" in µT.

If that fails, exclude this extension in Symantec.

If that fails, exclude the torrent download folder.

If that fails, try the same thing for the 2 antispyware programs you have (Spybot/Spyware Dr.)
