Take advantage of ISP Initial Turbo Speed

Hello everyone!

Some days ago i changed my Internet Connection Plan, from 3Mbps to 6Mbps. Ussually i download around 768Kb/sec from any torrent site.

The thing is, my ISP has a nice technology that they call Turbo Speed, it works in the first 15/30 seconds of the connection with another IP, so when you start a download, it goes up to 2Mb/sec, like i said, for around 15 to 30secs, then it goes down to the normal speed of 768Kb/sec. They do that so when you have to download small files they finish faster or start watching a youtube video, it loads faster.

Anyway, i was wondering if there is any option in utorrent that might help me renew the torrent Seeds/Peers every 15/30secs, so the connection could stay at 2Mb/sec download, or around that. It does work when you pause/stop it once and again, so it might work.

If i cant do that in uTorrent, maybe you can give me some advice of other software or something else.

If you stopped those torrents for so long that you lose more speed than you gain, you might get to see the speed bursts more often.
