How do I limit uploading to one torrent at a time?

I just found out how to setup uTorrent so it downloads one torrent at a time based on "queue" number. While this works well to limit downloading to one torrent at a time. It doesn't stop uploading a torrent, when it's already finished downloading it, and going to download the next torrent in queue.

So if I leave four in queue, each will download separately, but all will continue to upload once each separate torrent has finished downloading.

Does anyone know how I can limit downloading/uploading to one torrent at a time? So once a torrent has finished downloading in queue, it stops uploading as well.

Thanks for your time!

Queue Settings:

Maximum number of active torrents (upload or download) = 4

Maximum number of active downloads = 1

I'm not home but pretty darn sure that's what it's set at on the preferences page. Thanks for the quick response!

4 means it will work on four torrents at once, down or up.

1 means it will only download 1 at a time. Possibly more if you set to ignore very slow downloads that are effectively not working at the moment.

So you have at least 3 free slots for uploads, four once all the downloads finish.

If you want only the downloading torrent with no other uploads, then set the first number to 1 also.

If you want only the current torrent to download and then for everything to stop, then you can pause or completely stop the others. Pausing will reset when you restart uTorrent. Stopped means stopped until you manually start it.

Seeding torrents that are stopped will show as "finished". You can make them automatically into "finished" state with the settings on how long and to what ratio they should seed.

Hopefully something in there should allow you to control things the way you like :)
