1 mb connection was maxed, 2 mb connection is a problem..

Hello people,

to make things quick, i've done the slackware test, it maxed out my 2 mb connection, i let it download around 20 megs before i stopped it, i went back to my previous download, still high upload (i chose 12 kB as my max) and low donload (30 kB average) ... this all happened after my ISP upgraded my connection from 1 mb to 2 mb, so i am guessting it's a problem with connecting to other torrents faster that the connection drops!.

anyways, i set the half_open to 4 and the connection_speed to 4 as suggested in the guides.. still no luck, any ideas?.

btw: the uTorrent speed test shows my download limit to max at 50kB but my upload to max where it should be at 22kB.
