reports completed before download is moved to completed directory

utorrent shows a torrent as completed before it has moved it to the directory for completed downloads. If I open the directory, by clicking on the systray pop-up or the list then it will open up the downloading directory. The download will then disappear when utorrent completes moving it to the completed directory.

If the completed directory is on the same file system then the move is really a rename and happens too quickly to observe this problem. If the completed directory is on a different file system then an actual copy takes place and for torrents of several hundred megabytes the copy takes long enough to click and open the download directory before the copy completes.

This is with version 2.0.4. The obvious fix is to not report the download complete until the copy is done. I wonder what else it does after it says it is done.
