A few days ago I was thinking about a decentralised way of sharing torrentfiles/magnetlinks and came to a very simple and elegant solution. Why isn't there a personal webpage build into utorrent where people can connect to with their clients and view what that person offers? People who are in a swarm could then go to the personal offers of other peers and view what he/she is offering. You could even make it, that people are redirected to a wamp, lamp or xampp server on localhost where the offerings are placed, that way you could create whole websites dedicated to personal file offerings.
