Oke I try to explain in my best english.

Me use utorrent now me also have learn to upload BUT when me make a upload put on forum let the upload seed, then after some time me see that some1 els also is seeding my torrent to but when me check on forum me see that me seed it so me seeed it 2x?????????????????????

Also some time me see that me download it end me do not lol same us seed

How can this me shut just upload/seed it 1 time not 2/3 time me look on the net but me cant find anyting about so hope some1 here can help me

This is normal. In an ideal world you could upload each piece of your file just once and that piece would be shared around all the peers until many people had the whole file. In practice it doesn't happen. Some pieces that you upload are taken and never seeded back, a few get damaged along the way, and some get shared multiple times while others are in short supply.
