newb question regarding limited to seeding only

I have been able to dl torrents in the past using utorrent, but now i am receiving an error message that says "Failure: access denied, user limited to seeding only (consult the limiter FAQ)"

I couldn't find the limiter FAQ. Can someone tell me how to solve this problem?

the limiter faq has to do with the site/tracker you're downloading from, and has nothing to do with uTorrent directly.

The limiter FAQ is probably at that torrent tracker's website and has nothing to do with here.

If you start previously 100% finished torrents from that tracker, you may be able to seed them...but only a tiny number at a time.
