Force recheck fails after relocating files

I had a download which was successfully downloading into the location "C:\Torrent\lhitp".

However, I was short on space in drive C:, so I did the following steps:

1) Stopped download

2) Moved all the files to the location "E:\Torrent\lhitp" without preserving directory structure (i.e.; moved all the files in the folder "lhitp" and its subfolders to a single folder).

3) In uTorrent window, in "Files" tab, selected all the files, right clicked, and chose "Relocate..." from the menu. After doing this relocation, I saw that in the "Files" tab under "Path" column in the list-view control, the path of every file successfully changed to point the new location.

4) Right clicked the stopped download, and chose "Force Re-Check" from the context menu.

When the recheck completed the file icon indicated an error.

During the recheck operation, in the "Files" tab, it successfully found the previously downloaded pieces.

In the original (previous) download location there was a file named "~uTorrentPartFile_123374CC2E.dat". I didn't move this file. I preserved its original location.

What can I do to solve this problem and continue my download?

Because you skipped some files when you were downloading this multifiles torrent. So as you didn't move the partfile, µT discards the edge pieces between a complete file and a skipped file after the forced recheck.

So, do I need to move the file "~uTorrentPartFile_123374CC2E.dat" as well?

Yes.

Recheck failed again. I think I messed with the "~uTorrentPartFile*.dat" file. I accidentally overwrite a new one which was generated while the re-check operation over the original one.

How can I fix this situation?
