Show shut down notice while exiting

I was restarting utorrent to load some different skins.

If you restart utorrent immediatly after closing it, it shows an error message that says that utorrent is still running.

I guess utorrent is still doing some I/O and closing the files, writing the buffers to disk etc.

I would like to have notice that says "uTorrent is shutting down" until the program is completely finished and exited.

I asked ludde about this once, he says he can't do that.

Hmmm. What a pity.

Must be Windows fault then.

But utorrent is aware that there is an old process, so as a workaround the new process could wait until the old has finished and then continue loading.

Instead of the "Try again [Cancel]" dialogue it could say "Waiting for old process to finish [Cancel]". And if it has finished it starts up.
