how to check which torrent downloads are complete?

hi everyone

i have an old inaccessible partition my pc that had some partially completed torrent downloads. i can access the directory that the downloads were in but, unfortunately i cant tell which of them are finished or not

i use u-torrent. i wonder if there is a piece of software or way to verify the completion of the files and help me complete the partial ones?

Just copy the files over to a working drive and point uTorrent at them with the original .torrent files.

Ones that are complete will seed, ones that are not will attempt to resume, ones that are damaged will re-download damaged parts.
