uTorrent lagging entire network.

This just started happened when I started downloading torrents again.

Whenever something is actively downloading, the estimated time left jumps

from 15 minutes to 12 hours, back and forth.

I know it lags my entire network because my PS3's internet gets all stupid too.

Is there something I can do that will fix this?

Upgrading to 2.0.4 didn't help.
