User-mapped section open "error message" HELP?

Hi,

My first post here. I was hoping someone can please help me.

Recently i have started getting this error when dl in uTorrent:

"The requested operation cannot be performed on a file with a user-mapped section open"

I have looked at various posts to see if i can fix and no luck.

The nearest i got was a post on here in about 2008, however no specifics to resolve.

I am using Win 64 bit with Firefox web browser.

Any help is appreciated.
