After a format of my Hd, how can I re-partage my file without download

After a format of my system, how can I re-partage my file without downloading them again

I try to open my torrent file, who save at the same place where my file are, but utorent want to downloading them again... I just want to sending with them

If that restarts at 0%, that's because you didn't select the container folder.
