koike Posted November 9, 2010 Report Posted November 9, 2010 I'm so depressed...I'm downloading a torrent file 2.46gb with an average speed of 50kB/s..I know that's slow for most people,but that's enough for me. While waiting, I play FM11 demo and suddenly crash dump happened which abruptly shut down my laptop and of course,stopping the download...Then I tried downloading again and guess what?The speed is 0.1kB/s-5kB/s...I mean,come on!! I read people in the internet got like more than 100kB/s,some even reached 1mb/s..Then I tried various settings and got an average download of 15kB/s..it cannot go higher than that..How am I supposed to finish the download now?The file is currently 64.7% finished and with that speed,it'll take forever to finish...I'm using limited internet, which means that the bill will depends on how many hours I use it. So this means that if I use internet all day,the internet bill will be extremely high and my parents will kill me! How can the speed changes back to 50kB/s so that I can download for 5hours a day and finished it within 2days?And btw, I'm useless about the setting, I just follow the tutorial without knowing what it do. Help me please! I really want that file!!
