uTorrent 2.2 rechecks all torrents during install

I am running 2.0 and tried updating, but it only finds the RC and says it is unable to update. Manually saving Appdata\Roaming\uT files and installing uT 2.2 makes it recheck all torrents at startup and since I have moved some of the files, the status is file read error for almost all the torrents. What do I do so that the old torrents directly display 'Completed' like previous updates?
