frizzanz Posted November 17, 2010 Report Posted November 17, 2010 I just downloaded a huge pack of files, 60gbs worth. After the dl was complete, only 50% of the files are available. The other 50% is showing up as 0 bytes in size. :/ I 'rechecked' the torrent, and it still confirms a 100% completion. Is there a bug in the newest client? Has anyone else ever experienced this? Can I locate the DL'd files and manually create the files? Can anyone help me with this issue?Thank You,
GTHK Posted November 17, 2010 Report Posted November 17, 2010 There's like, four "the newest" clients. Are you on 64-bit linux with the linux client? 64-bit linux isn't too supported sadly
frizzanz Posted November 17, 2010 Author Report Posted November 17, 2010 GTHK, good point. I'm running this client on WHS, and its the windows 32bit version 2.0.4 (build 22150)
ktetch Posted November 17, 2010 Report Posted November 17, 2010 Ok if the files are showing as 0 bytes, is that 'size' column as well as the 'done' columns in the files tab? If so, then the files were always 0bytes. nothing to do with the client, that's how the torrent was made. add up all the filesizes yourself (or open the directory, and check it's properties, that should give it's total filesize)oh, and 2.0.4 (22150) isn't the newest one, its 2 months old, and there has been a subsequent 2.0.4 release (build 22450, released October 7th) before the 2.2version became stable, a week ago. Current stable version is 2.2 (build 23071)
