can files be downloaded and seeded in or to different folders

I am on mac os x and have been using transmission to download torrents each time a torrent is clicked on to download or a previously downloaded torrent is opened a window pops up and asks where to download the data to so for example you can organise torrents by certain criteria and tell transmission to download or seed a torrent in which ever category of folder it is in. Transmission has started to close ports on it's own (even after following instructions on portforward.com so I am considering trying utorrent the problem is that utorrent seems to only download to 1 location and when a download starts utorrent does not ask where you want the file to be download to so you have to download the torrent data to which ever location is in preferences.

Is there any way to have utorrent ask each time a file is clicked on where I want it to be downloaded to?
