uTorrent attempts to connect to link-local IPv6 addresses (fe80::)

Some other torrent clients are trying to share with me their link-local IPv6 addresses (i.e., addresses that begin with fe80:)

Router logs show that uTorrent foolishly tries to connect with them, repeatedly, without hope of success.

The bigger bug, of course, is with whatever clients (and/or trackers) that are trying to SHARE these addresses in the first place, but uTorrent should still know enough to not even bother trying to connect to them, the same as it would with a non-routable IPv4 address (... well, except for local peer discovery stuff, of course.)
