Not connecting to seeds

I have had 4 seeds connected for about 2 hours and they are not connecting. Does anybody know what the problem may be?

You can't have 4 seeds connected and have them not connecting.

And if you're seeding, you won't connect to other seeds anyway.

It could very well be that the seeds aren't there anymore.
