Why has uTorrent started to download in iTunes? Can I change it back?

Since i had all of my downloads from previous weeks, they have been downloading into the uTorrent software and then i have been using iTunes, 'add file to library' (under file), and then importing the songs i wanted from uTorrent. Nothing new there. Now since about a week ago when i go to 'download .torrent' (using isoHunt) it has started to try downloading into iTunes, which obviously doesn't work. I can't think of anything that i have done, other than having downloaded a newer version of iTunes. Could that be the problem? Could someone please give me some information on how to change it back to the 'way it was'?! That would be very much appreciated... (also, since having downloaded the new version of uTorrent i have had all of my old torrents that i was seeding disappear and therefore the music added to iTunes wont play now, any info on how to remedy this would be great! Many thanks!!!)
