Entirely new to using UTorrent

There's most likely plenty of someone elses who've asked this, but how the heck do i use UTorrent?

I've been wanting to download some episodes of Mummies Alive, and also some episodes of Jake 2.0 for a while, how do i go about downloading them? (I've found listings of Jake 2.0, and the website's led me to believe that they have the Mummies Alive episodes).

Find sites with torrents, download said torrents, load in µTorrent.

Yeah, ignorantcow said he was going to add it aaages ago. I'll bug him some more. I thought he had already started work on adding it.
