biryantin
Put an old 100Mb Ethernet card into the PC and use that one.All problems vanishes 1Gb Ethernet chips / drivers to blame.I really tortured and observed the system with the DPC Latecy Checker (pls thank them) I'm most positive sure that was the problem.note: I don't recommend to update the old cards drivers from MS, if you did and had problems, fall back the drivers.the drivers coming from the windows 7 works fine...it's still working!!!! enjoy
biryantin
Still monitoring everything with Sysinternals Process Explorersmooth...Before buying an old 1-2 $ 100Mb Ethernet Card, you can try an wireless connection (USB).I also done this, it works with the old drivers...new drivers; I think it's a wikileak situation The Idea is to get around the 1Gb Ethernet connection.
