Help needed

Okay i have u torrent loaded and it was working well until the other day. Anything I currently have continues to download however anything I try and add and i am presneted with a dialogue box asking me if I want to save this file or find a program to open it.

Previously when I selected files to download I just got a dialogue box which came up with an OK so not sure what has happened can anyone please help me?
