Having some UPnP issues: uT 2.0.4 doesnt want to make a UPnP mapping

I have uT set to randomize port every time it starts.. My ISP also seems to block traffic to ports after a certain amount which means I have to keep restarting uTorrent. Today I get another complaint email from the tracker I use that I'm not connectable. I randomize the port in Prefs and re-test.. Not open. I do a manual test from a web based port checker: not open. I look in the router's UPNP port map table and it's empty. I look in uTorrent's logger tab and cannot see any chatter related to making a upnp map so right now I'm thinking uT isnt even making the map..

I've successuflly used the UPNP for a long time, so I'm puzzled why it's apparently stopped working. What can I do to diagnose further?
