Downloading ~10kB/s while seeding

My uTorrent is downloading something with the speed ~10kB/s when i only seed.

Why is that?

What is it downloading and where?

How much speed are you uploading at when this is happening?

doesnt matter is it 5 or 150, uploading is always between 8-10

No, but i have 2 apps: uMap and Tetronimoes

Can uMap be the reason?

Download is probably so high because of your settings/conditions.

Do you have DHT, Local Peer Discovery, Resolve IPs, and/or Teredo/IPv6 active?

Are there more than 50 connections present? (peers+seeds +trying to connect to more?)

im currently uploading 39 torrents (some active some not)

DHT is disabled, so is the Local peer discovery and peer exchange.

by the Teredo/IPv6 you mean in Windos lan settings? if so, it is not on

But if i check Logger i see:

If uTorrent got a Teredo Address, it's active.

You'll have to disable Teredo in windows itself...and that depends on your windows version how you go about doing it, so uses GOOGLE and microsoft.com to find out how.

where can i see how many con's are the per minute, and encryption?

I disabled teredo, the problem still exists.

bt.connect_speed -- lower it to only 1 outgoing connection attempt per second

net.max_halfopen -- lower it to only 8 TCP half-open connections (connection attempts to peers/seeds)

Set connections per torrent while seeding rather low...like only 5-10 if you're using ADSL or cable. (Neither typically has more than 1-2 mbit/sec upload bandwidth.) Even while NOT seeding, don't bother setting connections per torrent higher than 30-60. (30 if your line's slow, 60 if it's >20 mbit/sec download max)

now dl speed is around 6, isnt this still too high?

my internet speed is DL 4mbps and UL 1mbps
