Switeck
Your modem may have a router of its own in it, if so that router must be configured or disabled. (...possibly by putting the modem into DMZ mode to your Linksys router or bridge mode to your Linksys router.)This is only your (computer's?) LAN IP addresses: 192.168.1.27 ...not your internet ip.Disable UPnP and NAT-PMP on uTorrent 1 at a time to see if they work. Having both enabled at once can cause conflicts. Or disable both and do manual port forwarding from the router to the computer's LAN ip address on port 16842.

Switeck
Did you put the modem in bridged mode or DMZ mode? How'd you configure it?Does your router support ADSL PPPoE, which will probably be needed if the modem is in bridged mode? KKraak
You know when going to 192.168.1.1 you have username nothing and pass; admin ?If you dont get the login screen unplug your router for 2 minutes. Unplugging really is pulling the plug out of the power-outlet in the wall, this will clear your routers cache and might solve the white screen (happens to me all the time >.<)
