moogly
No. You can disable/enable ipfilter by right clicking on the Peers tab, that's all.And honestly you don't need to enable/disable this feature each minute...
Register
At us in Kazakhstan the provider gives only 20 gigabyte on downloading from the exterior Internet, and unlimited volume of the traffic on the internal Internet. This button is very necessary to us. Can be will make it as an option which is included in settings of the program?

moogly
Click on the Peers tab, then select a random peer and right click.
jan-005
Moogly, thanks for answer and your effort.I did what you say and I found the "reload" but no "enable/disable"The userguide tells me: Reload IPFilter forces BitTorrent to reload ipfilter.dat. This option is disabled when ipfilter.enable is disabled. So I surmise that is different from en/disabling. Right??
moogly
Reload = enable in this case. In addition, check:Preferences > Advanced > ipfilter.enable = true
